Trotz Widerstand setzt er seine Experimente fort und testet sie an sich selbst, wodurch er sich in den grausamen Edward Hyde verwandelt. W\u00e4hrend Hyde Gewalt und Ausschweifung auslebt, verliert Jekyll zunehmend die Kontrolle \u00fcber die Verwandlungen. Hyde begeht eine Reihe brutaler Morde und gewinnt immer mehr Macht \u00fcber Jekyll, der sich verzweifelt dagegen wehrt. Als schlie\u00dflich auch Lucy zum Opfer wird, erkennt Jekyll das Ausma\u00df seiner Tat. Bei seiner Hochzeit \u00fcbernimmt Hyde ein letztes Mal die Kontrolle, woraufhin Jekyll sich selbst opfert, um ihn zu zerst\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Der epische Kampf zwischen Gut und B\u00f6se wird im gotischen Musicalph\u00e4nomen <em>Jekyll und Hyde <\/em>auf der B\u00fchne lebendig.
